This physiotherapy facility is situated in the heart of Munich’s Airport. Its interior concept evolves around the main core, housing the logistics, leaving space for multiple treatment rooms arranged along the glass facade with grand views over the Munich Airport MAC Area. The core’s design is reduced to a simple wooden cubical with light gaps, creating an unique central focus point in the facility. Our aim was to form a cosy oasis in the middle of the airport chaos, linking the interior theme with travel. Every treatment room represents a specific continent, providing a journey experience for the patient.
